A Cheshire man has been jailed for 11 years for raping a teenage girl in Nantwich back in 2019.
Guy Ashton (pictured) was found guilty following a trial two months ago at Liverpool Crown Court.
The 35-year-old, of Hayhurst Avenue, Middlewich, has now been sentenced to 11 years for one count of rape and one count of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl.
According to court documents, the offences took place seven years ago in Nantwich in 2019.
Ashton will be subject to the requirements of the sex offender register for the rest of his life.
He was also handed a restraining order and a sexual harm prevention order, both for 20 years, at the sentencing hearing earlier this month.
