Cheerbrook win Best Food Producer at Nantwich Food Awards

Organisers have now opened voting for the Nantwich Food Festival Awards for 2026.

The free to enter annual awards – which Nantwich News has helped sponsor in recent years – celebrates the best food outlets in and around Nantwich.

There are a number of different categories and residents can nominate their favourites, before a shortlist is compiled.

Last year’s winners included St Martha, Toast Haus, Cheerbrook (pictured), Six, Coral Reef, and The Leopard pub.

The categories are as follows:

– Best Restaurant
– Best Pub with Food
– Best Cafe/Coffee Shop
– Bar Stars
– Best Newcomer
– Best Takeaway
– Best Food Producer
– Taste of Nantwich

Nominations can come from businesses themselves or from members of the public.

Nominated businesses must be no more than 10 miles as the crow flies from Nantwich Civic Hall.

Once businesses have accepted their nomination and they will be eligible to receive votes from the public.

They can choose to accept nominations in a maximum of two categories.

Voting opens on 1st July 2026 on the website www.nantwichfoodfestival.co.uk

Any business who formally accepts a nomination after the voting opens on 1st July 2026 will be included in voting from the date their nomination acceptance is received.

Voting will close at midnight on Sunday 6th September 2026, at the end of the three-day Food Festival.

The business in each category with the most votes when the competition closes will be declared the winner.
