Fire crews tackled a blaze in a bedroom of a house in Wistaston.
The fire broke out at a property on Hanbury Close. Two appliances from Crewe were called out.
Firefighters had to use breathing apparatus to get inside the fume-filled home and tackle the blaze with a hose reel water jet.
A large fan was also used to clear the smoke, as the fire was being tackled.
It’s not thought anyone was injured in the incident on Saturday April 28, at around 12.40pm.
It’s not clear how the fire started.
