One Vision Housing has bought 23 properties on a new Nantwich development as part of a Section 106 agreement to offer affordable homes.
The housing association, part of the Sovini Housing Group, will offering the homes at Malbank Waters for affordable rent.
The properties are part of the Barratt Homes estate off Queens Drive in Nantwich.
They include 10 three-bedroom homes, four two-bedroom homes, and nine one-bedroom apartments.
The company says they will be available to rent through Cheshire HomeChoice from £84.84 per week, with no deposit.
Councillor Arthur Moran, Nantwich First Councillor for Nantwich, has welcomed the move.
He said: “It’s important that large housing developments have an element of affordable housing.
“I am very pleased to see that One Vision Housing will be giving local people this opportunity here in Nantwich.
“I welcome One Vision Housing to Nantwich and wish them good luck in this new venture.”
The housing association has nearly 13,000 properties across Merseyside in Liverpool, Wirral and Sefton.
The Nantwich properties are the company’s first in Cheshire.
OVH chief executive Roy Williams said: “We’re excited to be providing affordable homes which people in Cheshire can access through their local choice-based letting schemes.
“We hope the delivery of these quality homes will make a significant impact on the local housing shortages and on the regeneration of the North West.”
One Vision Housing has also purchased properties in Northwich and Middlewich.
