A teenage cyclist was seriously hurt in a collision with a car in South Cheshire which failed to stop.
The 17-year-old suffered serious injuries in the incident which happened on Wistaston Road in Crewe, close to the Duke of Bridgewater pub.
He is now being treated in the Royal Stoke Hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the car – a black Vauxhall Astra – failed to stop at the scene.
The incident occurred at 8.36pm on Thursday November 30.
PC Paul Hill said: “We want to speak to the driver of the car which collided with the cyclist outside the Duke of Bridgewater pub.
“If anyone saw anything in that area, or a car matching the description in the area at the time please call police on 101.”
