A total of 1,600 officers at Cheshire Constabulary are now using body worn video cameras following the completion of a force-wide roll out.

The cameras are being worn by officers and PCSOs and are proving to be an essential piece of operational kit.

The number of people in Cheshire seeking help to stop looking at sexual images of children online has more than doubled in just six months, latest figures have shown.

In the six months between July 2017 and January 2018, 163 people in the county contacted Stop it Now!, the child sexual abuse prevention project run by child protection charity The Lucy Faithfull Foundation.
