Brine Leas High School students in Nantwich are celebrating a milestone today as the first cohort of A level results were released. Around 100 students at BL6 picked up their results as the first sixth form cohort in the school’s history.
A Nantwich headteacher has clinched a deal to provide cheaper cycle helmets in a bid to save pupils’ lives. Andrew Cliffe, of Brine Leas School, acted after two accidents involving students in the space of a week.
The headteacher of Brine Leas in Nantwich said today’s chemical scare did not disrupt GCSE and A-level exams at the school. Fire crews, police and paramedics were called out to the Audlem Road site after an incident in a science prep room.
