The organisers of Nantwich Spooktacular have cancelled the 2025 event, they announced today.
They say the “difficult decision” will mean a chance to revamp the event for a return in 2026.

Thousands of people attended the 16th annual Alpha Omega Halloween Spooktacular at Dorfold Showground in Nantwich.
Shuttle buses carried passengers to and from the venue from the designated pickup points in Nantwich.
Dorfold Showground granted premises licence despite objections

Cheshire East has granted a premises licence for the Dorfold Park Showground, home to the Nantwich Show for decades.
The showground, operating since 1946 and owned by Charles Roundell, has hosted community events such as Spooktacular and charity functions for years.
