Staff at a trust which supports adults with learning disabilities in Crewe and Nantwich, celebrated success at an awards night. The Lady Verdin Trust held its annual dinner and dance at Nantwich Civic Hall, with more than 300 members of staff, clients and supporters.
A tireless charity worker from South Cheshire has been recognised at the Great British Care Awards in London. Dorothy Chennell, director of training and development at the Lady Verdin Trust, was described by judges as “truly inspirational”.
