Generous students and staff from Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich pulled together to help those in need at Christmas.
All departments were involved in collecting non perishable food, household items, toiletries and festive treats to make up a bumper delivery for Nantwich Foodbank.

Councillor Andrew Martin has been formally elected as the new Nantwich Town Council Mayor.

Staff from Wulvern Housing have been helping collect vital supplies to donate to Nantwich Foodbank. They joined volunteers from Tesco Extra to collect donations as part of the national “Every Can Helps” campaign.
Nantwich Museum is to host a talk called “Foodbank – a sign of the times” by Barbara Phillips on Wednesday October 30. The talk, starting at 3pm, is the final one of the series accompanying the Nantwich Eats exhibition at the Pillory Street venue.
Dozens of business owners from Nantwich and Crewe enjoyed a Brilliantly British Bazaar event staged at Stapeley House. Local companies gathered to listen to presentations by some of the area’s best up and coming firms.
Nantwich Foodbank has been offered further backing by South Cheshire housing provider Wulvern. The company has pledged another year’s support to the Trussell Trust Foodbank in Nantwich, as well as the St Paul’s Pantry one in Crewe.
Nantwich students donated 72.52 kilos of food to help people in need in their local community. Around 50 animal management students from Reaseheath College collected in-date, non perishable food after an appeal by Nantwich Foodbank.
