The annual culinary event will also showcase local and student chefs who will be cooking up recipes using locally sourced Cheshire ingredients.
The Cheshire Cook Book has been launched featuring more than 50 recipes and stories from the county’s top restaurants, cafés, delicatessens, pubs, producers and suppliers.
The book is the 9th in the ‘Get Stuck In’ series of regional cook books by Meze Publishing.
