Nantwich Town FC have struck a new sponsorship deal with ice cream van makers Whitby Morrison. The initial three-year agreement with the Crewe-based manufacturer will see Whitby Morrison partnering the club in a number of commercial initiatives.
Community radio station RedShift Radio has linked up with Crewe & Nantwich Vagrants Cricket Club to become the team’s first shirt sponsor. The cricket club, based at Vagrants sports ground in Willaston, has spent the winter sourcing new playing and training kit for senior teams.
A Nantwich primary school is hoping to secure local sponsorship to help realise a dream of a modern ICT suite. Staff at Wyche Primary need help to raise funds for the project which will replace out-dated equipment.
