Bentley Motors to let 1,000 workers go, unconfirmed reports suggest

Bentley Motors in Crewe are planning to let up to 1,000 workers go from the South Cheshire plant, according to unconfirmed reports tonight.

ITV are reporting that the car plant’s 4,200 staff will be briefed tomorrow (June 5) on a “voluntary release program”.
