Police have closed off the main road outside Sainsbury’s in Nantwich after a burst water main.
The burst flooded the busy Middlewich Road earlier today.
There were also fears that freezing temperatures could also turn the road into an ice rink.
It’s not clear when the road will be re-opened.
The burst was coming out from under a bush next to the bus stop. There must of been a foot of water in some parts of the road.
