This is so disturbing, these are so sensitive & highly intelligent, how distressing this is for them, why on earth cant they just be given an injection?

If the public could witness what truly occurs to these helpless horses at the RED LION ABATTOIR slaughterhouse, the public would not stand for such abuse!!! Men who mistreat these animals should be prosecuted to the fullest degree of the law! Where is law enforcement to protect the innocent???
I would only ask that this abbatoir deals with the horses in a humane gently way. I would far rather them be put down in this country than be sent live abroad – this would be a dreadful way to end their precious lives after all they do for us.
