A car overturned after smashing into a lamp-post on the A51 in Calverley, near Nantwich.
Fire crews from Nantwich and Crewe were called out to the incident amid reports people in the car were trapped.
When they arrived, they found the car on its roof but the driver had managed to scramble clear.
The casualty, who has not been named, was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The accident happened at around 5.30pm on Saturday (September 19).
