Mayor of Nantwich Cllr Andrew Martin has been out and about judging shop windows in the town that have dressed to impress this Christmas.
And Hope House on High Street was declared the winner with its volunteers creating an arctic scene full of Christmas cheer.
A huge effort has gone into the window display, which was acknowledged when the 2015 winners were presented with a certificate from the Mayor.
Staff also received a range of products and gift voucher, donated by Weaver House Clinic.
Runners up included GFC Hardware, in Pillory Street, with a traditional theme, and Lillya Grace Bridal Boutique in Hospital Street with their unique Christmas tree wedding dress.
The Mayor also highly commended Inside Paradise on Swine Market, Salon Forty Eight on Hospital Street and Swirly Whirlys on Pillory Street for their efforts.
Cllr Martin said: “There has been a real buzz about town this Christmas.
“We have tried to encourage residents to shop local and all the retailers have worked extremely hard to produce some very attractive window fronts.
“It was very hard to judge, but Hope House stood out with a display which appeals to young and old.
“Congratulations to them.
“I would also like to thank all the shops in the town for their contribution and I hope the season has been prosperous for each and every one.”
The Mayor also judged the stalls in Nantwich Market.
Runner up was Living Pure Natural and the winner taking a meal for two donated by Nandos, was the Tea Chest Café.
