Cheshire East Carers Hub are to stage a pop-up event in Audlem later this month to help tackle social isolation and loneliness.
The event will take place in Audlem Public Hall on July 23rd between 1pm and 4.30pm and will feature a number of organisations.
It will include Seated Reiki with Hannah from Safe Space Sanctuary session from 2pm, and Seated Yoga with Harriet from The Orchard Studios from 3pm.
Other organisations will be represented for people to talk to.

NHS Specialist Adult Bladder & Bowel (continence) Service
Cheshire Independent agents
Citizens Advice
Age UK
Cheshire East Business Support and Finance Officer Team
Cheshire East community connector Team, who offer befriending and Home from Hospital project
Community and Voluntary services Cheshire East
Stroke Association
There will also be light refreshments available, free of charge. There is no need to book.
