Nantwich Mayor wants teams for charity “Big Quiz”

Teams of six are invited to take part in Nantwich Mayor’s “Big Quiz” for charity on October 23.

The event, at Nantwich Civic Hall, will help raise funds for the Mayor’s Charities Nantwich Museum, Nantwich in Bloom, Nantwich Food Band and Nantwich Players.

The evening will be compered by Chris Radford from The Cat 107.9FM radio.

It will also feature a raffle with prizes and each team member will receive a hot pot super.

Nantwich Mayor Cllr Andrew Martin said: “Quizzes are always a fun way to raise money, a smile and are always thoroughly enjoyed by all.

“I hope as many people as possible come along and help raise money for my charities.”

Entry fee is £8 a head, doors open 7.30pm.
