They say the interim findings of the planning inspector’s examination of the Local Plan are a “kick in the teeth” for villages like Wistaston.

A further two men have been charged in relation to an incident in Wistaston involving the alleged kidnap and serious assault of a 35-year-old Crewe man.

Lloyd Turner, aged 50, from Charlton Avenue, in Hereford, has been charged with kidnap, section 18 assault and robbery.
