The 7th annual ‘Holly Holy Day author event’ was held at Nantwich Book Shop & Coffee Lounge on Friday night, writes Jonathan White.
The event was compered by English Civil War re-enactor and historical fiction writer David Wilson.
A book by local authors called “Lost Houses in Nantwich” is making a return – 14 years after it was first published.
Authors Andrew Lamberton and the late Robin Gray originally published the book in 2005 and it has become a local classic “must have” for all those interested in local history.
The authors of “Slow Travel Cheshire” will be holding a talk and book-signing event at Nantwich Museum.
Kate Simon and Suzanne King will be speaking about their new book on Saturday August 4, from 2pm, at the Pillory Street venue.
Cheshire authors will be gathering at Nantwich Library to chat to book fans about their work.
