Nantwich pet behaviour specialist Rachel Rodgers has been crowned UK winner of Clinical Animal Behaviourist of the Year for 2023.
Rachel has run her Nose to Trail pet behaviour service in Nantwich since 2020.
Nantwich Police say they are investigating several reports of a man acting suspiciously near to parked cars.
The incidents happened in the Birchin Lane area of the town.
Offenders guilty of crimes like stalking, domestic abuse and exploitation will be offered intervention to address their behaviour under a new Cheshire Police programme.
The scheme will see police officers, victim advocates and healthcare professionals working with victims and offenders of violent crimes.
