Crewe and Nantwich RUFC beat Evesham at home 46-27 in an entertaining, high scoring encounter at the Vagrants in Willaston.
Before the game, the club was saddened to hear of the death of a club stalwart Garry Davies who passed away on Saturday.

Crewe & Nantwich came away from their second league game of the season in Midlands 1 West with a well deserved victory at Droitwich.
In what was a thoroughly entertaining match, played in near perfect conditions for rugby, Crewe ran out comfortable 34-5 victors.
Crewe and Nantwich RUFC 1st team paid tribute to their club stalwart Nick Price before kick off in their Midlands 2 West clash at Wolverhampton.
Nick had held a number of key roles in the club after his playing career finished.
