Fire crews tackled a large out of control bonfire at a property in Stapeley, Nantwich.
The incident happened at around 3.40pm yesterday (Sunday July 9) at a property on Wybunbury Lane in Stapeley.
The “Party in the Lane” event in Stapeley has helped to raise more than £1,300 for St Luke’s Hospice, organisers say.
The event, held on June 9, was held on Wybunbury Lane and saw up to 300 villagers attend.
A cyclist has been seriously injured in a collision with a car on London Road in Nantwich.
The cyclist, aged in his 30s, was airlifted to hospital after the accident at the junction with Wybunbury Lane, in Stapeley.
