Members of XCELL also took home the honours in solo competitions at the event held at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens.
Brothers Alex Worsley and Ben Worsley won their relevant age categories, and Sam Davison came third in his age category.
Participants are judged on factors including timing, technique and difficulty of routine.
They are all members of Miss Caroline’s School of Dance and train twice a week at St Mark’s Church in Wistaston.
Caroline Foxley, founder and principal of Miss Caroline’s School of Dance, said: “The UDO Northwest Championships were the first time that XCELL had danced in the under 18s category.
“To place first out of 15 teams is amazing and proves just how hard they work and how dedicated they are.
“The crew are now back in the studio with their teacher Jack Robinson to learn a new routine for up and coming competitions, where we hope they will have more success.”
