Shavington Leisure Centre is to unveil its new gym at a Community Open Day tomorrow (Saturday August 17)
The event will include fitness challenges, tours of the new facilities, live music from Cat 107.9FM, competitions and giveaways, healthy smoothie making and more.
Everybody Sport and Recreation has invested in Technogym equipment including Syncro cross trainers, Skill Mill and Skill Row, 7 new treadmills and more in the new-look gym.
Dominic Crisp, senior operations manager at Everybody Sport and Recreation, said: “We are really excited to open the doors of our refurbished gym to customers at our community open event.
“Work has been completed to improve the flooring, gym equipment and brand new lockers spaces.
“If you haven’t visited the leisure centre before this is a great opportunity to come and try us!”
The event will take place at Shavington Leisure Centre on Rope Lane, 10am-3pm tomorrow (August 17).
