A vehicle fire spread and caused damage to a garage and neighbouring property in Nantwich.
The blaze broke out at around 2am yesterday (July 26) on Turnham Green Drive, on the Kingsbourne estate in Nantwich.
One fire engine and a Rapid Response Rescue Unit from Nantwich and one fire engine from Crewe attended the scene.
A Cheshire Fire Service spokesperson said: “Crews were called to a fire that originated in a car and spread, causing damage to a garage and neighbouring property.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
“Crews also carried out checks in the roof spaces of two houses using a thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no remaining hotspots.”
