Nantwich Running Club is to stage a nine-week “Couch to 5K” scheme for would-be runners.
They hope those inspired by the Nantwich 10K event earlier in March will take advantage of the scheme which will begin on Saturday May 16th.
A Nantwich arts group is to stage its first exhibition next month at the Parish Rooms of St Mary’s Church.

Dabbers Dash marked UK Heart Month in style in Nantwich with a special CPR and defibrillator awareness demonstration.
Before the monthly Dash at Barony Park – led by founder Paul McIntyre — runners gathered beside the public-access defibrillator on the old toilet block near the 3G pitch.
Nantwich Camera Club have staged their annual “Panel of Prints” competition in memory of the late member Nick Edwards.
And the competition attracted a total of 21 Panels.
