Pupils at Stapeley Broad Lane Primary School in Nantwich have received a donation of reflective vests as part of Road Safety Week, helping students get to and from school more safely.

The donation, from David Wilson Homes, includes 60 hi-vis vests for pupils to wear while walking down busy streets, ensuring they can be easily seen when visibility is reduced on darker evenings.

An orphaned seal pup nursed back to health by the RSPCA in Nantwich is shining bright with her own pup – more than five years after being released back into the wild.

Staff at Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre spent three months caring and rehabilitating grey seal pup Kale when she was brought in by the British Divers Marine Life Rescue back in 2020.
