Staff and visitors to Leighton Hospital helped raise more than £3,700 during Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. The Macmillan Cancer Unit at the hospital in Crewe raised £3,312 through donations in exchange for slices of home-made cake.
Specialist Reaseheath College in Nantwich has notched up a record year of student enrolments and achievements. Around 1,120 graduating FE students have achieved industry recognised qualifications and skills.
St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice is celebrating the launch of its “100 Club” at an event hosted by one of its major supporters, Bentley Motors. The “100 Club” acknowledges business supporters who give a monthly donation to the hospice.
