A Nantwich organisation has teamed up with a landmark Cheshire pub to raise money for charity with a popular family bonfire night and fireworks display.
There will be plenty to entertain all ages at The Bickerton Poacher on Friday, November 4 when the charitable organisation Nantwich Lions returns with its biggest fundraiser of the year.
Police have warned youths in Nantwich they will crackdown on Halloween and Bonfire Night anti-social behaviour. Extra officers will be on the streets over the next few days as the annual celebrations take place.
Thousands of people are set to enjoy Halloween and Bonfire Night events in and around Nantwich over the next two weeks. One of the biggest events takes place this Saturday (October 26) with the Nantwich Spooktacular at Dorfold Park.
Fireworks are returning to St Anne’s Catholic Primary School in Nantwich as it gears up for a bonanza Bonfire night celebration. FOSA (Friends of St Anne’s), who are organising the event, hope for a good turn out from the town and surrounding area.
