Nantwich-based Boughey Distribution has appointed Danny Earp as the firm’s new warehouse operations director – 13 years after joining as a warehouse clerk!
Danny joined the company, based on Nantwich Road in Wardle, in September 2004 straight out of university.
Nantwich firm Boughey Distribution is replacing its 100 strong fleet of trucks with Mercedes-Benz Actros.
The company’s £8 million investment follows a 16-week driving trial, including competitive ‘shoot-outs’ with four different manufacturers.
Staff at Boughey Distribution in Wardle, Nantwich have helped to raise £1,300 in memory of a colleague who died. Workers at the grocery logistics businesses, have been raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
