Nantwich residents with concessionary bus services may not have them automatically renewed under plans by Cheshire East Council.
The authority aims to minimise the number of passes it issues that go unused.

The authority and its transport company, Transport Service Solutions (TSS), have launched a new online application portal on the council’s website.
Elderly bus users in Nantwich are calling for timetable changes to key morning routes so they can use their free passes.
They say they are being disadvantaged because the number 89 bus to Wrexham leaves Nantwich bus station at 9.25am.
