Runners, walkers and families gathered at Barony Park in Nantwich for the latest Dabbers Dash, with another strong turnout highlighting the event’s popularity.
Nantwich News joined in the free, informal monthly gathering yesterday (April 25th) which attracts people of all ages and abilities.
The founder of the Dabbers Dash monthly event in Nantwich has scooped a major honour at Everybody Health & Leisure’s annual awards.
Paul McIntyre, from Nantwich, was presented with the Chairman’s Award at the event hosted by Paralympian legend Tanni Grey-Thompson.

A Sealed Knot musketeer will start this weekend’s community ‘Dabbers Dash’ event – held on the same day as the “Battle of Nantwich” re-enactment.
The ‘Dabbers Dash’ is a free informal community run/walk/wheel that takes place one Saturday each month around Barony Park and Sandford Road.
Nantwich Triathlon Club swept up at the Triathlon England Regional Awards.
After just 18 months, the club and its organiser Paul McIntyre won several North West accolades.
