Nantwich-based senior home care provider Right at Home South Cheshire has unveiled its ambitious expansion plans for 2019.
The organisation, which has scooped three prestigious awards in recent weeks, says its services are in such high demand it is looking to increase its team by 40 over the next 12 months.
Ben Selby, Right at Home South Cheshire owner, said: “We have an outstanding team of CareGivers who genuinely look to improve the quality of our Clients’ lives.
“Recent awards are a real testament to their hard work and commitment in trying to achieve this for each and every one of our Clients and their families.
“2019 is going to be an exciting year for us we are looking to double the size of our CareGiver team from 40 to 80 over the next 12 months, which will include both full-time and part-time positions.”
The company, based on Hospital Street in Nantwich, provides personal care and support to people in their own homes.
It currently supports around 60 Clients across Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager and surrounding areas.
Services range from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
Ben and a team of colleagues recently attended the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards at Crewe Hall Hotel.
And the firm was announced as the winners of Start Up Business of the Year and the Excellence in Customer Service Award.
The following evening, the team picked up the Home Care Team Award for the North West at the Regional Great British Care Awards at The Mercure Hotel, Manchester.
In 2018, the organisation also achieved an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission in its first full inspection back in February.
