Police say two arson attacks on town centre church buildings in Nantwich are linked.
Officers are appealing for witnesses following the two fires which happened on Monday night, June 19.

Developers renovating the former Nantwich Methodist Church believe arsonists sparked the fire which ripped through the top of the building last night.
The blaze broke out at around 9pm in the Grade II Listed building on Hospital Street where work is underway to turn the old Wesleyan chapel into luxury apartments.

Fire crews have battled a major blaze which ripped through the roof of the former Methodist Church on Hospital Street in Nantwich.
The fire broke out around 9pm, and crews rushed to the scene to cordon off the area.
