Family pay tribute to man killed in Mill Street crash in Crewe

A family has paid tribute to a South Cheshire man who died after a collision with a car in Crewe.

Shaun Spencer, 28, died following a collision with a black Volkswagen Golf on Mill Street close to its junction with Union Street.

A 28-year-old pedestrian involved in a collision with a car late at night on Mill Street in Crewe has died.

The collision involved a Black Volkswagen Golf and happened shortly before midnight on Mill Street close to its junction with Union Street pn Saturday, December 27.

More than £10 million of extra funding will help tackle pothole-ridden roads across Nantwich and Crewe.

Cheshire East Council has received it as part of a £54.5 million Government allocation to improve roads over the next six years to 2020/21.

The victim, aged in his late 20s, and from Crewe, suffered serious injuries in the accident on Mill Street at its junction with Union Street.
