Performers have been thrilling audiences across Nantwich over the past week as part of the town’s Words and Music Festival. Musicians, poets, comedians and writers held a series of live shows at various venues during the week-long festival.
Nantwich Civic Hall was packed once more for another quality night of comedy as four fine stand ups waltzed into town! Led by compere Carl Hutchinson, the line-up complemented each other nicely in the build up to star performer Daliso Chaponda.

Another high-class mix of stand-up comedy kept a packed crowd in Nantwich Civic Hall on their toes – even the Jedis! Four quality comedians provided three hours of stunning entertainment, and the promoters got the running order spot-on.
The next “The Very Best in Stand Up” show in Nantwich will help to celebrate five years of laughter. The May 3 gig at Nantwich Civic Hall marks half a decade of performances in Crewe and Nantwich.
