In light of recent investigations into the possible exploitation of pets’ bills and treatment, I feel all owners need to be aware of how quickly these can escalate without much information from a vet.
An ‘over-zealous’ vet could well assure you that there is a desperate need for all procedures they recommend.
If you were to ask the average homeowner if there’s one thing they could do more of having, it’s money.
Whoever you are and whatever your background or social class, it’s safe to say the cost of living crisis has affected us all.

As we all struggle with rising inflation and energy bills, I’m delighted that Cheshire East is to receive a further £4,407,784 of Government Funding to extend the Household Support Fund for another year until 31st March 2024.
This is in addition to the £2.2m of this same grant that Cheshire East Council received from Government for the year 2022-2023, and represents the council’s share of £842 million of additional funding that will be allocated from 1st April to help the most vulnerable households across England.
Many of us will be anxious about the coming winter.
With nearly a quarter of UK adults planning to keep their heating off for the entire winter, the cost of living crisis and the enormous hike in energy prices is on everyone’s mind.
