Crewe Lifestyle Centre is to host bike therapy classes for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
The classes, organised by Everybody Leisure, will mark World Parkinson’s Day on April 11.
Leisure centres across South Cheshire have had self-testing blood pressure machines installed.
The centres, run by Everybody Health & Leisure, now the testing service for free at Crewe Lifestyle Centre as well as others in Congleton, Holmes Chapel and Macclesfield.
Everybody Health and Leisure has launched a new 12-week Junior Exercise Referral Scheme based at Crewe Lifestyle Centre.
The scheme is a programme funded by a NHS Cheshire and Merseyside and Cheshire East Council health and wellbeing grant.
Cheshire East Council is offering free blood pressure checks to help Crewe and Nantwich residents find out if their heart is happy and healthy.
The move is part of Know Your Numbers! Week – a national campaign running from September 9-15.

Nantwich poet Helen Kay has launched an exhibition at Crewe Lifestyle Centre.
The exhibition, called Poetry, Dyslexia and Imagination, features a range of poems, art, videos and music.
The new £15 million Crewe Lifestyle Centre pool has had to close – due to a substance leak.
