South Cheshire pharmacies are among the first in the country to pilot a new initiative offering children aged 5-11 to get the MMR vaccine.
Fourteen chemists across Cheshire and Merseyside are involved in the project being trialled in the North West.

This, as well as parents being afraid of taking their children into public spaces, has meant that measles is on the rise.
A young child from Nantwich has been submitted to hospital with suspected meningitis. The pupil, from Pear Tree Primary in Stapeley, was taken in earlier this week for treatment.
