A ‘Town Tour’ will run from 11am on Saturday 12 January.

Historians’ “Nantwich Pubs” book proves big hit
A book published by Nantwich Museum on the history of Nantwich Pubs has proved a massive hit.
The first edition sold out within a few weeks of the launch and a second edition has been produced to cater for the Christmas market.

Nantwich Museum is celebrating Christmas with a Sing-a-long Concert of Christmas music led by the Wistaston Singers.
The concert at the Pillory Street venue is free and drop-in between 11am – 12pm on Saturday December 22.

Nantwich Museum is commemorating the centenary of the 1918 Armistice of the First World War with exhibitions and a talk.
Keith Lawrence will give a talk “The Great War 1914-1920 (and other facts you thought you knew)” at 2pm on Tuesday November 20.

Nantwich Museum is seeking funding for its forthcoming exhibition “Empowerment of Women – a local perspective”, which is due to open on Tuesday October 30.
The exhibition celebrates the centenary of the earliest successes of the women’s suffrage campaign.

Nantwich Museum is running a new course focussed on the English Civil Wars following the success of an evening class last year.
Entitled “The Civil Wars in Cheshire”, the five-week course takes place on Thursday evenings between October 4 and November 1.
