The Nantwich Camera Club‘s Photographic Exhibition 2013 has launched at the town’s museum – and is proving a big hit.
The display features 100 prints and projected image work by club members at the Pillory Street venue’s Millennium Gallery.
As well as viewing the excellent exhibits, visitors are asked to choose their most favourite photograph and write it into the visitor’s book.
“As in previous years this popular exhibition features a wide range of amazing and inspiring pictures,” said museum spokesman Graham Dodd.
The majority of the prints will be for sale at £30, with £10 from each sale going to museum funds.
Admission to the exhibition is free.
Nantwich Camera Club is the current holder of The Alan Challinor Trophy, having won the 2012 Five Towns Monochrome Print Competition including the ‘Best Print of the Night.’
The club, which now has more than 60 members, was formed in 1981 to promote the hobby of photography and give members a chance to develop expertise in a social and relaxed environment.
