A service advisor at Crewe Audi has proved he delivers top customer service by scooping a new award.
John Bull, 27, received the Audi Spirit award from David Moran, area manager of Audi UK, and after-sales manager John Oakley.
It is a new internal award that recognises excellence in sales and after-sales staff who go the extra mile.
Just 20 members of staff across the country receive the award in each quarter, nominated by colleagues who believe they are worthy of recognition.
John Oakley said: “Audi Spirit recognises individuals who demonstrate behaviour that drives great customer satisfaction results.
“It’s the combination of robust processes and people within the network that really make the difference in delivering excellent levels of service.

John, who is engaged and recently celebrated the birth of his baby daughter, said: “I am so thrilled to receive this award.
“Up until now, the proudest moment of my career was becoming an accredited service advisor, but this tops that!”
