Fat Face staff in Nantwich climbed to new heights when they conquered Snowdon to raise cash for St Luke’s Hospice.
Four members of the team from the shop on High Street joined up to take on the fund-raising effort.
Nationally, Fat Face has decided to donate to charities local to each store rather than discount goods for Black Friday shopping day, this week.
And Stephanie Tait, along with Shelby Stanfield, Keve McNeil and Daniel Tait, dusted off their walking clothes for the climb.
Stephanie, manager at Fat Face Nantwich, said: “Our chosen charity is St Luke’s Hospice.
“We did it for the first time last year and are hoping to make it bigger and better this year!
“Last year we raised more than £900 for St Luke’s, we are aiming for £1,000 this year!”
Fourteen Fat Face employees from across the North West and Wales area climbed Snowdon, including four from the Nantwich store.
“There are eight of us at the Nantwich store.
“We are also going to do a bake sale with all proceeds going to St Luke’s,” added Stephanie, a former Malbank School pupil.
