Young Crewe and Nantwich AC athletes had a day to remember when they scooped medals galore at the North West Indoor Sportshall Finals.
Two teams won the outright trophy, and many more earned individual gold, silver and bronze medals for their performances at Kingsway Leisure Centre in Widnes.
Under 11 boys team won the trophy in their age group, while the Under 11 girls came second overall.
The Under 13 boys (pictured) followed suit by winning the trophy by a massive points margin over rival teams from West Cheshire, Macclesfield, Wirral, Warrington and Liverpool.
There were also individual gold medals for U13 boys, including a gold for Ollie Atkinson in the 6-lap, a gold for Drew Bradley in vertical jump, and a gold for Isaac Leydon in the speed bounce.
The Under 13 boys 4×2 lap relay team earned a silver in a tight finish behind Wirral.
It was the second consecutive year the U11s and U13s boys won the trophy outright.
The Under 13 girls, competing against Liverpool, St Helens Sutton, Southport/Waterloo, West Cheshire and Wirral, finished second overall.
Individual gold winners included Ruby Bowie, who won golds in the 2-lap race and standing triple jump.
Macy Preece and Emma Farrington teamed up to win gold in the 8-lap paarlauf.
Other stand-out performers included the Under 15s girls, with only two in the team.
Emily Whelan won two silvers and a bronze in 2-lap, shot, and standing long jump.
And George Spain, the only Under 15 boy, won a gold (speed bounce), silver (2-lap) and bronze (long jump).
Many of the Crewe and Nantwich young athletes could now be selected to represent Cheshire in the NW regional finals at Sport City against Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Merseyside, and Lancashire on March 25.
