AFC Leopard and Crewe Ath couldn’t be separated after 120 minutes of football with the scores at 1-1 in the Premier Division Cup.
Josh Clarke scored for Crewe Ath and Noah Gardner levelled it up for AFC Leopard.
After extra-time, it went to a penalty shoot-out and AFC Leopard held their nerve to win.
In the Premier Division, the leaders Square One had a comfortable 7-1 win at NHB FC with Danny Griggs and Andy Parkinson both scoring 2 with Ryan Alcock, Dale Capper, Josh Wynne and Jamie Entwistle also scoring.
Nick Ball scored for NHB FC.
Crewe FC won 4-0 at Wistaston Ath with goals from Tom Finch, Danny Lavalette, Sam Roberts and an own goal.
Willaston WS got only their second win of the season beating Salvador 3-1 having been 1-0 down at half time.
Tom Uda gave Salvador the lead with Steve Hamill (2) and Ryan Simmons securing victory for Willaston WS.
In Division One, leaders Nantwich YF could only draw 1-1 at White Lion, Simon Roberts scoring for Nantwich YF.
Talbot won 2-0 against much improved Winsford Over 3 with goals from Ben Reddock and Ben Durkin.
Elworth Park found scoring easy as they beat Haslington FC 13-0 with hat-tricks from Keiran Duckers and Lee Saxton.
Other scorers were Danny Vickers and Jimmy Ingman, who bagged a brace each, and George Alacock, Lucas Patterson and an own goal.
White Eagles won 7-1 at Audlem with a hat-trick from Pawel Abramowicz and goals for Lukasz Synowicz, Cal Latham, Danny Williams and Dan Harrison.
Audlem’s goal came from an own goal.
Faddiley, with goals from Tom Bate (2), Joey Hilton, Chris Stevens, Ryan Barnett and Ollie Timony, won 6-2 at Sandbach Town whose goals from Dave Furber and Lindo Matchue.
White Horse won 2-1 at Market Tavern.
