Nantwich Town striker Connor Heath has joined Farsley Celtic on a dual-registration deal.
The Dabbers player has joined the National League North side after a string of impressive performances.
The former Crewe Alexandra man has found the net three times in all competitions since the delayed start to the 2020-21 season.
Nantwich manager Dave Cooke said: “I’m good friends with Adam Lakeland (Farsley manager) and while we’re not back playing for a few weeks, I think it’ll be good for Connor to play in the National League North and get some valuable minutes under his belt.”
Adam Lakeland added: “Connor brings presence, pace and power, and has been scoring goals for Nantwich who are one of the best teams in the division below.
“When the opportunity came for us to take him on dual registration it was a no-brainer for us.
“It gives us an additional attacking option which is something we feel we need, as goals have been hard to come by in the opening games of the season.
“He comes in and gives us additional competition for places, which will hopefully keep the current attacking players at the club on their toes and in the time he’s with us, regardless of how many minutes he plays, hopefully he can pitch in with one or two goals and contribute towards helping the team achieve better results.”
Nantwich Town’s league has been suspended until the end of the current national lockdown on December 3.
