The British Cheese Board has awarded the prestigious Nantwich Show Cheese Industry Award to Craig Mitchell. Craig, operations manager at Lubborn Cheese in Somerset, takes the annual title awarded during the International Cheese Show at Nantwich’s Dorfold Park.
