Nantwich Town defender Toby Mullarkey has left the club to join Altrincham FC this week.
Mullarkey enjoyed a two-year spell with the Dabbers but is rejoining his former boss Phil Parkinson at a club which went close to promotion to the National League.
Nantwich Town are facing a heavy schedule of fixtures in the next few weeks after recent postponements due to the weather.
The Dabbers’ latest game due to today at home to Warrington was called off two days ago due to the frozen pitch many grounds have suffered in the week-long Siberian temperatures.
Nantwich Town face a tricky away match at Stalybridge Celtic in their Evo-Stik Premier League 2017-18 opener on August 12.
And just three days later the Dabbers will welcome back former management duo Phil Parkinson and Neil Sorvel who bring their new club Altrincham to Weaver Stadium.
Nantwich Town will kick-off the 2015/16 season by welcoming Stamford AFC to the Weaver Stadium.
The Daniels will visit on Saturday August 15 with a 3pm kick off.
